Wedding bells

This afternoon, i attended Jacob and Nancy's (church mates) wedding. It was a really sweet and sincere one.
Reached the place (upper east coast) by a lift from Joanna's dad's car. Saw many SFers there, to share a part of this joyous day for the lovely couple. Spotted Jonathan and Matthias (brothers) in matching purple shirts, james in a retro outfit - white shirt with black stripes tucked into jeans and the rest of the guys who were gonna present a song item wore suits, that's nice in a polite way. I wore my oriental green skirt, and had nothing else to match with that theme. I managed to squeeze myself between Xin Ying (poor girl she was sick, but evil nontheless when she literally commanded her flu virus to invade and territorize me) and Yun.
Then, the wedding music started to play, and Nancy strolled in with her father. Her face was indeed full of radiance and she was the epitome of blissful. This was the first time i could feel such immense happiness from a bride! No words could adequately describe the unspoken feelings that radiated from the couple. With Jacob standing there, waiting eagerly yet patiently for Nancy, and Nancy glowing with joy of walking down the aisle towards the man of her life made my heart melt. Haha
After the vows said, there were the usual presentations. And Nancy is SO SWEET! She composed a song for jacob, that was accompanied with a powerpoint presentation. The lyrics of the song expressed her love for him so simply and blatantly, not afraid at all to include many "i love you(s)". It was touching enough to make Jacob tear heehee. They prepared a short worship session, which was really sweet, when they said they wanted to worship God the moment they were united in marriage.
The caterer for the day was Mum's Kitchen. I reaffirm that it's the top caterer! I have tried it about thrice including this time. It's VERY GOOD, that's all i need to say haha
This wedding has made me want to get married even more! shucks haha i don't want to be dusting my shelf till im old-er. But as much as it is a wonderful gift from God, He may have a different route for me!

Had dinner in Chinatown with crazy girl, Yeli. Suddenly feel as if that place has become our lao3 di fang1 haha We shared a plate of carrot cake and ordered 2 bowls of tang yuan (ahbawling) they didn't have ye's yam flavour HAHA another gross food. Anyways she said something embarrassing that made me burst into laughing fits for like forever! She wanted to say "very long hair" but ended up saying "long very hair"! HAHAHA!
