save the earth everybody! because God loves you (and has a wonderful plan for your life) and He created this beautiful world, for us to enjoy, not to destroy!
me and eileensan came up with our own savetheearth mantra. i have dreams of turning it into a lil handbook for all of us to carry along! haha.
- walk, walk and walk!
- reduce takeaways! (im guilty of that, cos of hostel but at least ive been refusing plastic bags. but today i saw three girls bringing those plastic containers to the canteen! i salute them.)
- turn off the shower when soaping (i'm guilty of that again, ever since a while back when it was cold and i cultivated the habit of leaving the shower on throughout. but after eileensan's appalledness at me, i changed! two days ago. im a changed woman)
- use the fan, not the aircon! the aircon consumes 10 times more energy!
- do not drive! do not waste your money on driving lessons!
