i was socialized into the world of ben 10 today. it's apparently the coolest cartoon character on tv now, about a boy who can't take off this superpower watch that was bestowed on him, which lets him transform into different superpower creatures to fight the bad guys. it's good to keep up with the times at times.
besides doing that, i picked up an oxford dictionary on medical terms and first aid. i finally understood better what shingles, scarlet fever, pneumonia, scurvy are. i always read about them in storybooks.
