have been feeling a great lack of peace recently.
partially contributed by the - one after another - assignments. they drain me physically and mentally. you'd think being a year four, you would be used to this, like what eugene always tells me. but it's still a challenge each time, really.
thank God for year four friends that i can't stop hanging with (:
and the other part, my mind can't stop thinking about some things. i really would like to commit all those to God, because the gears of my brain (and heart) are aching. but i struggle with committing, which causes more unrest, because i want to know why.
and something that made my heart sink. the seemingly (God will provide in His time and in His ways, i need to trust) non existence of a solution.
hence, i have been praying a lot for God's peace and rest.
yesterday, i read about entering His rest from hebrews four,
today , if you harden His voice
do not harden your hearts ...
let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will fall by following their example of disobedience.
i think entering God's rest is not a state of being, it's really about obedience. like how the Israelites could never enter it because they hardened their hearts towards Him.
pray for me please, thank you (: and tell me how i can pray for you too.
i can't stop smelling the flowers.
