linus and truffles

for everyone who needs to know how to make truffles. (:

ingredients:
100gm Lindt 85% chocolate bar (or 70% if you prefer a sweeter truffle)
100ml President's whipping cream
Hershey's cocoa powder.

one, break the choclate bar into small pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
two, pour the whipping cream into a suace pan and heat it to a boil.
three, pour the piping hot whipping cream in the mixing bowl together with the chocolate.
four, stir it till it is very creamy like hot fudge.
five, put it in the fridge to settle for around 3-4 hours.
six, while waiting, sift the cocoa powder.
seven, after the chocolate mixture has settled, take it out and start moulding.
eight, after moulding the chocolate mixture to the shape you want, roll it over the sifted cocoa powder and it's ready.

sift is the verb, the action. while sieve is the object you sift with.
this solves me and wardah's word confusion of the day.
